Blaze Performance

Project Overview

Blaze Performance began with a business concept and a vision for how the owner wanted the company to feel. I worked directly with him to translate that vision into a cohesive brand, developing the identity and carrying it through the company's physical and digital customer touchpoints.

The Challenge

The owner knew the styles and automotive brands he was drawn to, but didn't yet have a defined identity for Blaze Performance. My role was to understand what he liked about those references and turn that direction into an original brand that felt authentic to his business and customers.

Project Highlights

I developed the logo, color palette and visual direction through a collaborative concept and feedback process. From there, I designed the business cards and built the complete website, including service pages, a blog foundation and basic SEO.

I also helped establish and connect the company's Google Business Profile and provided guidance for maintaining a consistent presence across its digital channels.

Project Key Point

I managed the client relationship from the initial sales conversation through strategy, design, development and launch. That meant balancing creative decision-making with continuous client communication, presenting ideas, gathering feedback and making sure each deliverable remained aligned with the owner's goals.

Following launch, I continued managing the website and Google Business presence, giving the company ongoing digital support as the business developed.

Conclusion

Blaze Performance highlights my ability to listen first and create second. Rather than approaching the project with a predetermined style, I translated the owner's ideas, preferences and business goals into a brand that felt distinctly his, then built the tools needed to carry that identity into the market.

I think these three now work really well together because the conclusions aren't saying the same thing:
