Adaptability
Staying flexible, resourceful, and focused when plans change.
Not every project goes exactly as planned, and I've learned to be comfortable adjusting when circumstances, priorities, or new information change the direction of the work. I try to stay focused on the goal rather than becoming overly attached to one way of getting there.
Running projects across different businesses has strengthened this skill considerably. I've had to move between creative work, client conversations, sales, strategy, and unexpected problems, sometimes within the same project. Whether I'm adjusting a proposal after a customer changes direction or finding another solution when the original approach isn't working, I can adapt while keeping the quality of the final result in focus.
