Taking responsibility, following through, and stepping in where I can add value.
I care about doing my part well and being someone others can rely on. I take the time to understand the goal, communicate along the way, and take ownership of the work entrusted to me. When I see an opportunity to improve something or contribute an idea, I’m comfortable bringing it forward and working with others to find the best path ahead.
I’ve applied this across my work, from managing projects through completion to helping launch Junk Ninjas and expanding my role with Modern WoodTech into the development and sales of a new product line. Those experiences have taught me to take initiative while staying connected to the people, priorities, and larger goals around me.
